Apr 21, 2010
2010 N.Y. Slip Op. 50746 (N.Y. App. Term 2010)

Opinion

2008-716 W CR.

Decided April 21, 2010.

Appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Cortlandt, Westchester County (Daniel F. McCarthy, J.), rendered March 13, 2008. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal contempt in the second degree.

ORDERED that the judgment of conviction is affirmed.

PRESENT: LaCAVA, J.P., TANENBAUM and IANNACCI, JJ.

We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted ( see Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Paige, 54 AD2d 631).

LaCava, J.P., Tanenbaum and Iannacci, JJ., concur.
