People v. Perkins

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Nov 13, 1995
221 A.D.2d 482 (N.Y. App. Div. 1995)

Opinion

November 13, 1995

Appeal from the County Court, Orange County (Pano Z. Patsalos, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Under the circumstances of this case, the sentence imposed was neither harsh nor excessive (see, People v Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80).

We have considered the appellant's remaining contention and find it to be without merit. Mangano, P.J. Miller, Santucci and Hart, JJ., concur.
