Appellant's counsel's application to file under seal the application to withdraw as counsel of record for the appeal is granted. The court makes the findings required by California Rules of Court, rule 8.46(d)(6). The Clerk is directed to file the “Unredacted Version: Application for Permission to Withdraw as Counsel,” lodged conditionally under seal on June 20, 2019. The court will rule on the application to withdraw in due course.
