Dismissed and remanded to CA 3. Review in the above-captioned matter is dismissed in light of this court's decision in People v. Buycks (2018) 5 Cal.5th 857, 236 Cal.Rptr.3d 84, 422 P.3d 531. ( Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(b).) Corrigan, J., was absent and did not participate.
