An order of a Justice of this Court having been entered on July 7, 2016 (M-2709), granting leave to appeal to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about April 14, 2016, and said appeal having been perfected, And, the People having moved to dismiss the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied and, sua sponte, defendant's perfected appeal is adjourned to the September 2017 Term.
