The denial is without prejudice to appellant filing in the superior court a notice of omission under California Rules of Court, rule 8.155(b), regarding any documents related to the appointment of trial counsel for appellant that exist and are not already contained in the appellate record, after appellant's counsel has reviewed both the sealed and unsealed portions of the existing record.
