People v. Pascal, Daniel

Ordered that defendant-appellant's motion is denied without prejudice to defendant-appellant renewing this motion and submitting an affidavit identifying the funds that he uses to cover his nearly $2,000 monthly deficit between his income and expenses, and also explaining why such funds, as well as a yearly income of $120,000.00, are not sufficient to prosecute this appeal. Defendant-appellant should also explain how said salary nets him just $641 per week. See Order
