Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Edward Dale Parrish (Attorney Registration Number 11260) for one year and one day, all but five months stayed upon the successful completion of a three-year period of probation, with conditions, effective December 16, 2011. Parrish had sexual relations with a client who was in recovery from drug addiction while he served as her attorney. His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.7(a)(2), 1.8(j), 1.16(a)(1), and 8.4(h).
