ORDER

Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file a brief pursuant to Administrative Order 2004-6, Standard 4, is GRANTED. The brief received with the motion on September 22, 2022 is accepted for filing with the requirement that, within 28 days of the date of the Clerk's certification of this order, appellant shall file with the Clerk of the Court both a title page, which identifies the brief as a Standard 4 brief and contains a correct caption, and a statement of the question(s) presented for the Standard 4 brief. Failure to do so may result in the striking of the September 22, 2022 brief. The prosecutor may file a response brief.
