Judgment of conviction reversed on the law and the facts and a new trial granted. The guilt of the defendant was not established beyond a reasonable doubt. Appeals from orders unanimously dismissed. Lazansky, P.J., Kapper and Scudder, JJ., concur; Young and Tompkins, JJ., dissent from the reversal of the judgment of conviction and vote to affirm.
