Appellant having moved for an extension of the time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeals taken from the judgment of Chautauqua County Court rendered December 3, 2001 (KA 02-00941), the order of Chautauqua County Court dated August 12, 2016 (KA 16-01536), and the order of Chautauqua County Court dated June 14, 2016 (KA 18-01708),
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
