ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 2, 2022, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated December 7, 2016, is amended by deleting from the fifth decretal paragraph thereof the address "31 Long Street, South Huntington, NY 11746" and substituting therefor the address "P.O. Box 665, Melville, NY 11747."
