Defendant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgments of Steuben County Court, rendered August 19, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Joseph D. Waldorf, Esq. dated March 2, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered August 19, 2013 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
