On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal from the January 23, 1998 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is GRANTED, limited to the issues whether the Court of Appeals erred in concluding that defendant lacked standing to challenge the search and whether the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion to suppress evidence, including his statement, as the products of an unlawful stop.
