Motion by respondent to strike the appellant's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered April 25, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that this appeal is stricken from the appeals calendar and the general calendar on the ground that not all of the required transcripts have been made part of the record; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondent's motion is denied as unnecessary.
