THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. WALTER C. O'CONNOR, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.10(6) to extend the time to serve a notice of appeal from the judgments of the Cayuga County Court, rendered October 6, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Walter C. O'Connor sworn to March 14, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the notice of appeal dated October 12, 2016 which was served upon the Cayuga County District Attorney on November 15, 2016 is hereby deemed timely served.
