ORDER
Sima G. Patel, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to order transcripts with regards to the October 20, 2022 hearing date is GRANTED. A stenographer's certificate must be filed within 7 days of the Clerk's certification of this order. The time for filing appellant's brief shall proceed per MCR 7.212(A)(1)(a)(iii).
