Appeal from the Supreme Court, Queens County (Demakos, J.).


Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.

The record of the plea proceedings reveals that the defendant knowingly and voluntarily waived his right to challenge the suppression ruling on appeal (see, People v. Seaberg, 74 N.Y.2d 1; People v. Williams, 36 N.Y.2d 829, cert. denied 423 U.S. 873). Mangano, P.J., Kunzeman, Kooper, Sullivan and Ritter, JJ., concur.
