PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person, for assignment of counsel, and for other relief on the appeal taken herein from an order of an individual justice of the Appellate Division, Fourth Department, entered June 29, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Michael J. Hill sworn to July 9, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that there is no appeal as of right (see CPLR 5701 [a]).
