Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered October 19, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's brief is stricken, and on or before March 5, 2012, the appellant shall serve and file the replacement brief.
