Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting appellant of violation of section 986 of the Penal Law (book-making), and imposing sentence, affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Johnston, Adel and MacCrate, JJ., concur; Wenzel, J., dissents and votes to reverse the judgment and to dismiss the information.
