DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for reargument of motion to relieve assigned counsel and for further relief, and for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for reargument is denied, and it is further

ORDERED that the time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief is extended to January 19, 2016. In the event appellant's pro se supplemental brief is not filed by that date, permission to file the same is withdrawn.
