Separate appeals having been taken to this Court from judgments of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about October 10, 2017 and May 18, 2017, And assigned counsel for defendant-appellant having moved for an order relieving it as assigned counsel or, in the alternative, dismissing the aforesaid appeals, without prejudice, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals are deemed withdrawn.
