ORDER MODIFYING OPINION

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on March 29, 2011, be modified as follows:

On page 4, change the word “serious” to “violent” so the sentence reads:

Section 2933 provides for conduct credits for persons convicted of a crime and sentenced to state prison, section 2933.05 provides for additional program credits, and section 2933.1 limits conduct credits to 15 percent for persons convicted of violent felonies.

There is no change in judgment.
