People v. Montano

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jan 14, 1991
169 A.D.2d 738 (N.Y. App. Div. 1991)

Opinion

January 14, 1991

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Orange County (Ingrassia, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant's contention that the prosecutor engaged in misconduct during summation is unpreserved for appellate review (see, People v Rivera, 142 A.D.2d 615, 616), and, in any event, is lacking in merit. Thompson, J.P., Kunzeman, Lawrence and O'Brien, JJ., concur.
