Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 20, 2010, for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 14, 2012.
