People v. Moise

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Nov 28, 1994
209 A.D.2d 726 (N.Y. App. Div. 1994)

Opinion

November 28, 1994

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Kings County (Demarest, J.).

Ordered that the sentence is affirmed.

Having pleaded guilty with the understanding that he would receive the sentence actually imposed, the defendant has no basis to now complain that his sentence was unduly harsh or excessive (see, People v. Kazepis, 101 A.D.2d 816). Mangano, P.J., Rosenblatt, Miller, Copertino and Krausman, JJ., concur.
