Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Miranda, case No. 1-17-0218 (03/13/18). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Robinson, 2020 IL 123849, on the issue of whether defendant presented a colorable claim of actual innocence.

Neville, J. took no part.
