ORDER
The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.
The application for leave to appeal is DENIED. Regarding defendant's Issue II, related to defendant's motion to quash, leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented. In all other respects, the application for leave to appeal is DENIED for failure to persuade the Court of the need for immediate appellate review.
