Leave to Appeal Denied May 27, 2008.

I would grant leave to appeal to consider whether being a felon in possession of a firearm can be the underlying felony for a conviction of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and whether double jeopardy is implicated for the reasons stated in my concurring opinion in People v Calloway, 469 Mich 448, 457 (2003).
