Motion by appellant to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered April 11, 2022.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the appellant filing an affirmation pursuant to the Rules of the Appellate Term (22 NYCRR) § 731.7 (g) (2), establishing reasonable cause why there could not be compliance with the court's deadline, on or before April 14, 2023.
