DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for continuation of bail order, to hold appeal in abeyance and for extension of time to file and serve brief of respondent.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for continuation of bail order is denied, as unnecessary, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to hold the appeal in abeyance is denied, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve brief of respondent is granted, and the time is extended to November 7, 2016.
