People v. McGore

Supreme Court of Michigan
Oct 29, 2001
465 Mich. 890 (Mich. 2001)

Opinion

No. 118483 (15)(16).

October 29, 2001.

COA: 230609, Wayne CC: 76-005523

On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal from the December 19, 2000, decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because the defendant's motion for relief from judgment is prohibited by MCR 6.502(G), and he has failed to demonstrate an exception to that rule.

The defendant's motion to remand to the trial court and the motion for peremptory reversal are also considered, and they are DENIED.
