Opinion

Submitted October 25, 2000.

November 21, 2000.

Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the County Court, Westchester County (Lange, J.), both rendered November 4, 1998, convicting him of attempted burglary in the second degree under S.C.I. 98-00267 and burglary in the second degree under S.C.I. No. 98-0105 9, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences.

Anne Gilleece, White Plains, N.Y., for appellant.

Jeanine Pirro, District Attorney, White Plains, N.Y. (Dean B. Cameron and Valerie A. Livingston of counsel), for respondent.

Before: DAVID S. RITTER, J.P., WILLIAM C. THOMPSON, WILLIAM D. FRIEDMANN, HOWARD MILLER, SANDRA J. FEUERSTEIN, JJ.

DECISION ORDER

ORDERED that the judgments are affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see, Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf., People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606).
