ORDER

On the Court's own motion pursuant to MCR 7.216(A)(7), our July 1, 2022 order is hereby reissued to change its effective date to the date of the Clerk's certification of this order. In all other respects, the July 1, 2022 order remains unchanged, as follows:

The motion to amend the application for delayed appeal is GRANTED.

As amended, the application for delayed appeal is GRANTED. The time for taking further steps in this appeal runs from the date of the Clerk's certification of this order. MCR 7.205(E)(3). This appeal is not limited to the issues raised in the application and supporting brief. Rather, pursuant to MCR 7.205(E)(4) and MCR 7.216(A)(7), the parties may raise any issue(s) on appeal that would have been properly raised had defendant timely claimed an appeal under MCR 7.204(A)(2).
