Petitioner's Request to Expand Issues on Review and Supplemental Petition for Review, filed January 12, 2022, is granted in part and denied in part as follows: The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Three, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of People v. Renteria (2022) 13 Cal.5th 951 and Assembly Bill No. 333 (Stats. 2021, ch. 699). (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).) The request to expand issues on review is denied.
