Motion for order compelling production of transcript.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and Cathy Nilsson is directed to produce and file a stenographic transcript of the minutes of the February 22, 2016 court appearance or a written statement that no minutes were taken by her on such date on or before December 6, 2017. The time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 5, 2018.
