The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Wilfred Matthews, Defendant-Appellant.
An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about June 3, 2013, And counsel for defendant, having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the aforementioned appeal until 180 days after his CPL 440.10 motion is decided in the Supreme Court under indictment number 3349/12,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2019 Term, with leave to seek further enlargements if necessary.
