Defendant having moved for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about April 23, 2020, which denied his application, pursuant to CPL 440.20, to vacate his sentence; a certificate from a Justice of this Court, entered on November 12, 2020 (M-3043), having granted defendant leave to file the aforesaid appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is denied as unnecessary, the relief sought herein having been granted by order of this Court, entered on November 12, 2020 (M-3043A).
