The "motion to compel production of transcripts" is treated as a motion to extend time for filing the transcripts and is GRANTED. The time for filing transcripts is EXTENDED to January 16, 2024. If Shellie R. Sanders (CER 7667) does not comply with the January 16, 2024 deadline set forth in this order, Shellie R. Sanders (CER 7667) shall show cause in writing by January 23, 2024, why the transcripts have not been filed and to explain why she is not in contempt of this Court for failing to comply with this Court's order.
