People v. Martin

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Apr 1, 1993
192 A.D.2d 304 (N.Y. App. Div. 1993)

Opinion

April 1, 1993

Appeal from the Supreme Court, New York County (Martin R. Rettinger, J.).

Defendant's argument that certain police reports constituted Rosario material is not preserved for appellate review as a matter of law. Were we to review this claim in the interest of justice, we would find it to be without merit.

Concur — Murphy, P.J., Carro, Ellerin, Kupferman and Asch, JJ.
