DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
By scheduling memorandum dated May 6, 2015, respondent was directed to file the responding brief in accordance with section 800.14 (b) of this Court's Rules of Practice on or before June 22, 2015. Respondent has failed to file the brief or seek an extension of time to do so.
Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that respondent shall file and serve the responding brief on or before August 17, 2015, and it is further
ORDERED that the appeal is calendared for the October 2015 term of this Court.
