Pursuant to California Rules of Court rule 29.3(b), review in this matter is dismissed and the cause is remanded to the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District. The Reporter of Decisions is directed to publish in the Official Appellate Reports the opinion in the above-entitled appeal, filed June 26, 2003, which appears at 109 Cal.App.4th 1513, 1 Cal.Rptr.3d 219.
