In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court. First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Malone, No. 1-04-2536 (August 18, 2006). The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of People v. Patterson, 217 Ill. 2d 407 (2005), as it pertains to a determination and analysis of whether confrontation clause error is harmless error beyond a reasonable doubt.
