Judgment of a City Magistrate, holding a Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting the defendant of violating the provisions of section 385, subdivision 1, article 25-A of the General Business Law (Cons. Laws, ch. 20), Rules 1 subdivision (k) and 1 subdivision (m) of the rules supplemental thereto, unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
