ORDER

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the November 13, 2020 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because the defendant has failed to meet the burden of establishing entitlement to relief under MCR 6.508(D). To the extent that the defendant applies for leave to appeal the November 13, 2020 order of the Court of Appeals denying the motion for bond on appeal, the application is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.
