ORDER

The motion to remand is GRANTED. This case is REMANDED to the trial court for determination of the appropriate amount of jail credit to which defendant is entitled and entry of a corresponding amended judgment of sentence.

The application for leave to appeal is DISMISSED as moot in light of the relief afforded as to the motion to remand.

We do not retain jurisdiction.
