Appeal from the County Court, Nassau County (Goodman, J.).


Judgment, as amended, affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious issues that could be raised on appeal. Counsel is granted leave to withdraw as counsel (see, Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf. People v Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). Lazer, J.P., Bracken, Brown, Lawrence and Kooper, JJ., concur.
