CORRECTED DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for order directing pro hac vice admission of Mark E. Chopko, Esq., an attorney admitted in the District of Columbia, pursuant to section 520.1 (a) of the rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and Mark E. Chopko, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing respondents Lutheran Care Network, Inc., John Mesloh, Richard Olson, Christopher Jones, Thomas Keon, Anna Mae Knowles, Peter Mazer, Barbara Raczak, John Ruth, Lynette Taylor, Arthur Upright, Alec Davis, John Shane, Annette Ball, Brian McWeeney and Dwayne Mau upon the appeal.
