Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Queens County, rendered May 26, 1958, on his plea of guilty, convicting him of carrying a dangerous weapon as a felony (Penal Law, § 1897), and sentencing him to serve a term of three to seven years to run concurrently with a sentence imposed on May 22, 1957 by the Court of General Sessions, New York County. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
